At Terrace Road Primary we place great emphasis on the well being of the pupils. We follow the ‘Restorative Practice’ guidelines meaning every child is listened to and treated fairly. Each class has a mood board which allows the pupils to express how they are feeling that day and the opportunity to explain why they are feeling like that. There is also a mood board in the staffroom for the teachers! We are a ‘Rights Respecting School’ and display the rights of the children around the school building to remind them that they are special and deserve a happy, fulfilled life.
