Asylum Seeker and Refugee Support in Swansea
This is a difficult and challenging time for everyone including if you are an asylum seeker, but there is still support out there for you. Below are the names and ways to contact some of these organisations.
Migrant Help is also still there to help you in terms of your accommodation or issues relating to your asylum seeker support.
* Ethnic Minority and Youth Support Team (EYST)
Offers specific support, advice and guidance for asylum-seekers and refugees. Help with asylum support applications and understanding the asylum system. Help with any issues including housing, education, money etc.

- Support for newly granted refugees - Welfare Benefits - Housing - Asylum support applications (call Migrant Help first) Telephone calls will be triaged by one of our team and if we are able to help you will be called back by a caseworker. If an interpreter is required we will do our best to have an interpreter on the phone. This is not a freephone number, and we would suggest people firstly seek help from Migrant Help, Jobcentre Plus or another organisation offering a freephone number.
