Many of the teachers at TRP practice Mindfulness with their classes. It is a fantastic habit to instill in the children as a method for focusing their minds, calming themselves down and being disciplined with their time.
Year 3 have also been fortunate enough to have regular Mindfulness sessions with Carol Shepherd. Taking these whole class sessions, has allowed Carol to develop the children's skills in using Mindfulness techniques to help them in their day to day lives.
